Wilderness Wood is a very special place to me and I regularly go up to the wood; walking my dog, going out with my kids and frequently for portrait shoots. They also run some fantastic events which I often photograph for their website. On Saturday my children and I had the chance to going on a fungi walk; not something I had done before, but it was a great opportunity to learn about mushrooms. It completely opened my eyes into the huge array there were in the forest and am very excited about the idea of eating wild mushrooms!
